# Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
Welcome to nice&good (https://www.niceandgood.co.uk). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for purchasing our custom guitar pedals and using our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
## 1. Small-Scale & Handmade Nature of Goods
Every pedal we make is designed and built on a small scale, assembled by hand. Because of this handmade nature, minor visual variations, small aesthetic blemishes, or slight component revisions may occur between build batches. These variations do not affect the sonic performance or functionality of the pedal and every pedal is tested before sending.
## 2. Pricing and Payments
* All prices are displayed in GBP (£) on our website.
* We reserve the right to change our prices at any time due to shifting component costs or supply chain changes.
* Payment must be made in full through our secure payment processors (Stripe or PayPal) before we begin processing or shipping your order.
## 3. Shipping, Lead Times, and Delays
* We ship worldwide from the UK. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
* **Built-to-Order / Pre-Orders:** If a pedal is listed as a pre-order or built-to-order, please note the estimated build lead time listed on the product page.
* **International Orders:** For orders shipped outside the UK, you (the buyer) are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by your country upon arrival. We cannot falsify customs documents.
* Once a package is handed over to the courier (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL), we cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by customs clearing or postal strikes.
## 4. Limited Warranty and Component Repairs
We take immense pride in our work and build these pedals to last on your pedalboard.
* We offer a **3-year Limited Warranty** on all our pedals to the original purchaser. This covers defects in manufacturing, internal workmanship, and component failures under normal use however please feel free to contact us at any time and we will see what we can do.
* **What is NOT covered:** Damage caused by using an incorrect power supply (e.g., plugging a 18V adapter into a 9V-only pedal), physical abuse, modifications/modding the circuit yourself, or liquid damage.
* For warranty claims or repair requests, please contact us before shipping the pedal back to us.
